Website General Terms & Conditions
1. Regulation
Pharm@sea is a fully registered pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC); for more information and to check our registration, please visit pharmacyregulation.org
2. Liability
a. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from the use of information provided on our platform.
b. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or side effects resulting from medication purchased from our pharmacy. Please consult with a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse effects.
3. Medication Safety
It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and instructions for medication usage. Consult with our pharmacists if you have any questions or concerns.
Keep medications out of reach of children and store them as instructed on the packaging.
4. Privacy & Security
Our pharmacy has only a physical presence; therefore, the data you provide us in the pharmacy conforms with our privacy policy, a copy of which is available in printed form but also displayed on this website. Payments for NHS, private, or delivery charges are made through a secure portal managed by Square Payments, guaranteeing data encryption, PCI compliance and implementing security best practices.
5. Delivery of medicines
Our pharmacy uses a combination of our trained drivers and DPD couriers to make deliveries to our patients. While we offer NHS prescription delivery as a complementary service, it is dependent on availability and geographic location. Private prescriptions can also be delivered, but a £7 charge is applied.
Please enquire with our delivery team if in doubt. Please note that an adult must be present to accept the delivery; we cannot leave medicine deliveries unattended or post through letterboxes due to the risk posed.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by any incorrect or incomplete information given to us.
6. Notification of errors and damages
Please report any damages, errors or inconsistencies with your packages to our delivery team. Full contacts are available on our delivery page.
For any other issues or queries, use the comment form on the website to contact our main pharmacy team or email uhsussex.pharm.sea@nhs.net
7. Returns
Due to UK medicines regulations, we cannot return medicines into stock once they have left our custody. Please take them to the nearest pharmacy or bring them into our pharmacy for disposal.
8. Refunds
We will endeavour to process a refund the same day after agreeing with you; however, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to reach your original payment method.
